In Chapter 2: Page 9, reader Edward Carter commented:
“I'd probably hit the thing with a sledgehammer after arranging to stay at a friend's house.”
I was really surprised how close he got to predicting what would happen later in the comic, but I couldn’t say anything so not to spoil it.
There is one thing though, Heather would originally use just a regular hammer here, but that particular comment made me think, well, why not upgrade it to sledgehammer? I’ve been waiting to draw this page since I started the comic, and I felt that particular change would make it much better.
I probably mentioned it before, but this whole story is already finished in the form of a novella, all I'm doing is reproducing the events in comic form as close to the original novella as I can. There’s almost no room for change, and this one I think was a nice change to make, as it makes for a better looking page while at the same time doesn’t really change the story.
